Custom-built software guarantees coding accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. In my foundations of HIM class, I used EHR-Go to retrieve pertinent information. I learnt about capturing patient's information such as patient's name, date of birth, complains, diagnosis, vitals, physican notes, discharge notes etc. and answering the different questions on the same. I understood how the informations are grouped under different tabs so that users can access quickly and easily.

I also used Clintegrity in Foundations of HIM class where I was able to abstract incomplete & delinquent records from physician deficiencies.

As part of Intermediate coding class, I used Clintegrity to achieve the thorough knowledge of coding for ICD-10-CM & PCS and understood how to use the required critical information to improve productivity and reimbursements. Clintegrity is a very nicely integrated platform which helps to gather Electronic record, Patient data and Coding details with critical reference alerts which gives more suggestions on applicable codes to improve the accuracy. I used 'References' section such as ICD-10 coding clinic, CPT Assistance to get more details to improve my ICD-10-CM , PCS & CPT Coding. I used 'Notes' section to document queries and notes to instructor to defend my codes.
