MCS course needs good knowledge of basic common softwares. All my comunications were thru e-mails using MS-Outlook.
As part of DLH, I worked on Multiple Sclerosis Portfolio and prepared my documentations using MS-Powerpoint. I created 'Multiple Sclerosis Camp Flyer' and brochure about the MS Risk facts, treatments and different pain management options. I build the global MS statistics in MS-Excel using the ATLAS datasets from MSIF organization. I was able to build the Charge Description master project of Healthcare Revenue Management in MS-Excel.
Using MS-Access, I build Patient Registration forms including the specific data forms to manage Doctors, Nurses, Locations and schedule details.
I worte all my MCS program summary reports and Papers in MS-Word and converted it into PDF format such as SinglePayer Payment systems, Global Investigation of Healthcare Reimbursement.
I did my MCS subject research using the WCTC online library.
