I started my MCS degree after 14yrs of my graduation which was a bit challenging for me, but because of my self management ability I was able to manage everything in a good and positive manner. I always like to do the thing with a purpose and keep my focus on the things that matters to me.
I like to be aware of everything that I commit to. During this course, I made sure that I prepare myself on the course materials, expectations and outcomes. I like to work in group as well. During group exercise I made sure to consider peers thoughts and suggestions. In Medical Terminology course I did group project called 'SOAP' with my three other peers. I engaged very well with them by listening their thoughts and ideas about project materials and engaged in constructive discussion to share and debate about the scope and outcomes in well professional manner.
In 'Foundations of HIM' I worked with diverse group of people where I helped my team members by leading the team activities to resolve the conflicts and understanding gaps within the team that helped me to build a good relationships not just within the team and across the MCS course.
I strongly believe in the ability to work collaboratively amid diversity. I engaged with local non-profit cultural organizations to promote variety of social events including the Food donation events during the COVID lockdown.
