Team work is the essential part of our career, we have to work with people who might be from different background with different opinions and I believe understanding this fact is the most important thing. Building the 'Trust' is the key part of any relationship.
During MCS course, I worked on multiple group projects with diverse people coming from different background and ethnicity. I am very good to compose myself in any situation. I engaged with my peers and build personal trusted relationship. Last year COVID pandemic era was one of strangest year for all of us. All of us were attending remote classes. I scheduled special ZOOM meeting sessions with my projects teams to meet and chat outside the regular class sessions to talk about food!!.
I am engaged with a registered non-profit cultural organization which promotes south east asian cultural values. As part of this group member, I actively work with different leaders in communities to engage youth in different social cause and promote "American Way of Life".
